2.6 Apple, ellipsoid, helicoidal



Function file: apple(m,n,p,a,b,q,prop,val)


This function plots an apple. Definition:
  • 1 apple - center in [m,n,p], parameters "a","b" and quality "q"; all values are scalar
  • n-apples - centres in [m,n,p], parameters "a","b" and qualities "q"; all values are vectors

Parameters of function:
Parameters m,n,p describe centre of the apple in axes x,y,z.
Parameter a,b describe parameters of the apple.
Parameter q is for change compute points on objects, so it is quality of drawing object.
Parameters prop, val are using for change color or opacity. These parameters are optional.


Example:
apple([0 30],[0 0],[0 0],[2 1],[2 1],[50 60]);





Function file: ellipsoid(m,n,p,a,b,c,q,prop,val)


This function plots an ellipsoid. Definition:
  • 1 ellipsoid - centre in [m,n,p], parameters "a","b","c" a quality "q"; all values are scalar
  • n-ellipsoids - centres in [m,n,p], parameters "a","b","c" a qualities "q"; all values are vectors

Parameters of function:

  • n-helicoidals - centres in [m,n,p], parameters "r","n_s" and qualities "q"; all values are vectors

Parameters of function:
Parameters m,n,p describe centre of the helicoidal in axes x,y,z.
Parameter r describe parameter of the helicoidal.
Parameter n_s describe number of turns of the helicoidal.
Parameter q is for change compute points on objects, so it is quality of drawing object.
Parameters prop, val are using for change color or opacity. These parameters are optional.
